JACKSON, Miss. - In SWAC women's tennis action, the Lady Jaguars of Southern University defeated the JSU Lady Tigers 7-0 in the SWAC East vs. West roundup. Southern dominated the competition, going undefeated in round-up play. The Lady Jags finished 5-0, while Jackson State compiled a 2-2 record.

Prairie View A&M finished off Mississippi Valley State 7-0 and Alabama A&M defeated the Lady Tigers of Grambling State. Alabama State picked up a 7-0 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
