Adeniji Olagbegi is entering his sixth year as the Jackson State University Lady Tigers head coach for women's soccer. Olagbegi has served as JSU's head soccer coach since the sport was established as a club sport in 2002. In 2003, soccer was adopted as an officially NCAA sponsored sport on the JSU campus. In 2007 the Lady Tigers posted an overall record of 9-4-4, and a conference record of 3-0-1. The Tigers shut out eight opponents and held the offense to just 16 goals. In 2006, JSU finished third in the SWAC with a 3-2 conference mark and an 11-5 overall record. In 2005, season with 3-2-1 record and took the Eastern Division title. In 2004, JSU finished with an impressive 12-9-1 overall record. The Lady Tigers finished 2-2 in conference play and ranked third in the Eastern Division. In 2003, Olagbegi led the Lady Tigers to a 4-10 overall record and a 1-1 conference mark. |
