AUSTIN, Tex. - Jackson State's Toniece Williams regionally-qualified qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400 meter hurdles at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays this weekend on the University of Texas campus. Williams finished the event in seventh place with a time of 1:00.30. Williams is the second Lady Tiger to qualify for the NCAA Regional Championships. Tayari Clay qualified in the 400 meter dash during the TSU Relays. Jackson State will return to action April 12 when the Lady Tigers travel to Oxford, MS to compete in the Ole Miss Invitational from the Ole Miss Track and Field Complex. |
