Runners from around the conference will be in Clinton, Miss. next week competing for the 2007 SWAC Cross Country Championship. Championship runs will be held at Choctaw Running Trails on October 29.

The women's championship run, a 5K course,is scheduled for 9 a.m. Th men's championship run is scheduled for 10 a.m. and will be a 8K course.

The first three finishers in the women's and men's run will receive medals. Top five finishers will be named first-team all-conference.
