JACKSON, Miss. - Jackson State placed fourth with an average time of 30:33.88 in the JSU Invitational at Choctaw Trails. The Tigers were led by Stanley Martin, who finished in 6th place overall with a time of 28:38.58. Kevin Itima also finished with a top ten time (29:02.43) and placed 9th overall.

South Alabama's Micha Tirop led all runners with a time of 25:12.77. He was followed by South Alabama's Antipah Sugut (26:07.06) and Mississippi Valley's Victor Bii (27:51.50).
